Derivative of the I-350, designed from the outset for two Mikulin AM-5 engines.
Flight tests started on May 1952. Success of the I-360 and the SM-9 cleared the way to pre-series MiG-19 production. Despite the I-360 was lost in 1953 due to high speed tail flatter.
